Upon qualification for an inspection trip, there
will be a NON-REFUNDABLE participation fee of CY£98.00
per person.
The above amount is a contribution to the Inspection Trips overall
cost which is subsidized by Aristo Developers. The trip is subject
to availability and agreement to the terms and conditions below.

To assist you in selecting a suitable property
in Cyprus, Aristo Developers are pleased to subsidize your
visit without any obligation or undue pressure to purchase. However,
whilst you are under no obligation to purchase, we would point
out that you are under obligation to view properties with a company
representative for the duration of your visit. Clients who fail
to adhere to the terms and conditions of the inspection trip
to Cyprus for any other reason will be held in breach of terms
and conditions and will then be required to pay the full cost
of the inspection trip from the credit card provided at the time
of reservation. Furthermore, our representative will be returned
to other duties. Clients canceling a visit prior to departure
without an insurable reason will be required to pay the full
cost of the visit to Cyprus. Where an insurable reason for non
- travel is provided and covered by a doctor’s certificate,
then these charges may be covered by your private travel insurance.
