The New International School of Pafos

Founded in 1988, the International School of Pafos is one of  Cyprus’  leading Co-Educational Day and Boarding schools in the district of Pafos, focused on raising student achievement through its research-based school design, uniquely aligned assessment systems, interactive professional development, integrated use of technology and other proven programme features. The teaching is in English and the School caters for the needs of children from Kindergarten to Sixth Form and for examination, offering subjects at I.G.C.S.E. and G.C.E. Advanced Level.

The success of the school has expanded its doors to new premises scheduled to be opened in the near future.  The new modern facilities are planned to include a laboratory block incorporating four science labs, prep and storage rooms.  A new multimedia information centre with IT labs, TV rooms a library and theatre will cater for the literacy enrichment of your child’s education.

This expansion means that a classroom will be dedicated to each department and a self-enclosed pre-school centre will also be established for the younger generation.

The New International School will include art facilities, a gallery and music room and the new sports facilities will accommodate a spectrum of sports through a well equipped gymnasium with change rooms, swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball court, volley ball pitch, soccer field and a cross-country track for athletics.

A cafeteria has also been included to cater for the pupils needs together with an accessibly stocked bookshop on the premises.

The administrative / staff block will serve as a central meeting point for all teachers.  A PA and security system will also be installed throughout the school.
