I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Aristo Developers on the finished quality of this apartment; I think that it is exceptional, especially for the crazy low money that you are asking for these apartments. Congratulations are also due to the ladies who cleaned this apartment, it is absolutely immaculate. I wish other companies took as much care when they complete a property!

We are writing to thank you sincerely for building us a lovely family home.

We chose our property when it was in the process of being built. It was a two storey house and the building had just reached the first floor. We liked the location and were impressed with the drawings.

The salesman provided us with information and then took us to the Aristo Developers Head office to discuss things further and we were given the opportunity to choose fittings etc. which made a building into our home.

Throughout the whole process we found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

We have now lived in this 3 bed roomed end of terrace house for 8 years. We have had no problems apart from general maintenance. Everything works perfectly. The plumbing, electrical appliances and the building have all functioned efficiently.

Due to problems with the Municipality and Land Registry it has taken 8 years for us to get our Title Deeds but we have always felt confident that we would receive them having been told many times that Aristo Developers always provide Titles. Aristo Developers have a member of staff in their main office who deals with Title Deeds and they have been extremely helpful and reassuring.

In reality we are pleased that we purchased an Aristo property and would highly recommend this Company to any prospective purchasers.

Having visited Cyprus many times over a period of several years, we came across an area in a pine forest pegged out for building. We later found out that it was an Aristo Developers project - Pissouri Pine Bay Villas. We contacted your local office near Pissouri jetty and made an appointment to meet one of your sales team, having stressed that we did not want any pressure selling as it was a casual enquiry. We were introduced to your sales representative from your offices and the minute we met him, we felt so comfortable and at ease with him. We felt his professional and friendly approach helped us to make a decision to purchase a property. After he showed us around the site, we had many questions for him which he adequately answered for us and those he wasn't sure about he found out the answers for us.

We have enjoyed watching the progress of construction over many months since purchasing our home and we can't speak highly enough of all the staff in all the departments of Aristo Developers we have dealt with during this period, including the project manager. They have all been so helpful and professional.

On handover day, we were delighted with the finished property and feel we will enjoy many happy years there.

We have been spending our holidays in different parts of Cyprus now for many years and absolutely love the island and the Cypriot people - everyone is so friendly, the driving is on the left, the weather is perfect and the cost of living is relatively low.

Two years ago, whilst on holiday, we decided to look at some properties on the Island and the result was that we ordered a new property being built by Aristo Developers. Our property is now complete and will be handed over shortly. We did not intend on buying so quickly but the experience was so relaxed and with no pressure for us to buy by the sales person. Each part of the process has been well organized and Aristo arranged for a solicitor, financial advisor etc to make things easier. Even the ordering of furniture was made easy with the sales person taking us around shops and agreeing to accept delivery when the time came.

Aristo will manage the property on completion and we intend on letting it out for a couple of years and then permanently retiring to Cyprus. We would have no hesitation in buying another property through Aristo Developers. The whole experience has been a dream come true.
